a little bit about Amy Mason…
With over 30 years of art and design background,
Amy is known for her whimsical cards, nostalgic illustrations, colorful graphics and diverse painting styles.
From unique drawings & custom house portraits to logos to mixed media paintings,
she has a strong ability to hone in and capture the essence of a subject or a client’s vision.
Inspiration comes from the natural beauty and architectural details of her Cape Cod surroundings and beyond,
as well as the quirky humor of everyday life.
Amy’s cozy home studio has been located in Brewster for many years.
It once housed her well-trafficked retail shop for her branded cards, art and textiles, as well as offbeat vintage furniture and accessories.
It has since evolved into a full working studio where Amy pursues her art & runs business.
In addition, Amy has been the museum shop curator at the Cahoon Museum of American Art for over 8 years.
Amy is happy to meet with clients by appointment.
Find her greeting cards & art at several lovely retail shops as well as this website.
When not plunging in chilly ponds in the winter or escaping in their
wee vintage camper in the summer, Amy and her woodworker husband, David,
live & work in an antique fixer-upper on Cape Cod with their kitties, Sylvie & Spoons.
